Shopeika Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

At Shopeika, we are committed to offering the finest handloom products. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide exchanges or store credit under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

Domestic Orders Only: 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unused).

Accompanied by original tags and packaging.

A video recording of the parcel opening and product is mandatory.

All return decisions are subject to the discretion of Shopeika management.

Exclusions: Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Note: Requests made beyond 7 days from the date of receipt will not be entertained.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Call or send a WhatsApp message to +91 81211 29550 within the return period to request return authorization.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including a copy of the receipt and the reason for return.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns.

4. Exchange Process

Refunds are not provided; however, you can:
Exchange the returned item for another item of equal value.
Receive store credit for future purchases.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval for exchange or store credit.

5. Store Credit

Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item and will remain valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.

The credit can be applied to any future purchases at Shopeika.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or made-to-order products.
Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit as necessary.
